 Kindle Wireless Reading Device ~ Wonderful! Jul 30, 2010
I received the Kindle for my birthday and find that it is a wonderful device! I have trouble holding hardback books due to arthritis in my hands and would always have to wait until a book came out in paperback. Now, with the kindle, I am able to purchse a newly published book and within 3-5 seconds it downloads into my Kindle. The prices are less than a new hardback. Also, I find the screen to be easy to read and I am able to adjust the size of the type. The Kindle holds a charge for a long time and has made reading a joy for me. I find that traveling with the Kindle is easy because it is lightweight and very thin. I am able to download numerous books so that I am never without something to read. I really am impressed with the Kindle!

I purchased two kindles, one for me and one for my wife. Both of us are avid readers. After seeing the price drop to $189 I could not pass up the deal. I now get the newspaper on the kindle. I find that I read more articles now than when I received the paper version. I do not have to wonder whether or not the paper has been delivered when I wake, I just turn on my kindle and the paper is there.
When we first received them we both thought the joy stick should have been made a little more prominent, but after using it for a while we have become accustomed to using it better. We love to cruise and can't wait until our next one so we don't have to carry 5 or 6 books with us. This will also mean our baggage will weigh less

Awesome buy great screen resolution. Internet isn't too bad for being free. Slim enough to take anywhere.

I absolutely love my new Kindle. It's easy to see how all my friends got hooked on it. Technology is a wonderful thing! This makes reading a lot of fun. I have a leather cover, and I've already personalized the Kindle with a skin cover that fits me to a tee. The wireless feature is great for instantly loading books and other written publications. I have family and friends who plan to get one too, now. I found mine in the Used section, and couldn't be happier with it. Keep bringing down the price, and even more will buy it. You can't beat the quality, the convenience, or the experience! Thank you!

The Kindle is the absolute COOLEST electronic toy I have EVER gotten. Aside from saving scads of trees from not printing a paper book, it is wonderful to sit up late (or early) in your pj's and find a new book without having to go to a bookstore. One of my favorite aspects of the kindle is being able to download a sample chapter to see if a book really does interest me. I've spared myself some bad choices but discovered many more good ones. This is a KEEPER!
